Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Return Policy
If you wish to return your item(s), we will gladly issue a refund, store credit, or exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please note that fragile items such as ceramics, vintage/antique items, dishware, and glassware are final sale.
All returns must be pre-approved by Well Rounded. Before shipping back your item, send us an email at hello@wellrounded-shop.com and let us know what item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and submit picture of the item to hello@wellrounded-shop.com.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped from Washington, DC. Our processing times range between 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. We offer a standard shipping rate of $10 with an estimated time frame of 5 to 7 business days. A priority shipping rate of $12 with an estimated time frame of 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping rate of $30 with an estimated time frame of 2 to 3 business days. Should you need overnight shipping, we ask that you contact us at hello@wellrounded-shop.com.

Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please be aware that transit days are estimates only, and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of arrival so that a refund can be arranged with the carrier.
