Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. SECTION 7 - POLICY UPDATES
f you wish to return your item(s), we will gladly issue a refund, store credit, or exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please note that fragile items such as ceramics, vintage/antique items, dishware, and glassware are final sale.
All returns must be pre-approved by Well Rounded. Before shipping back your item, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and submit picture of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages packages must be insured.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
Orders are processed and shipped from Sacramento, CA within one to three business days of the order being placed. We offer a flat rate of $7 for standard shipping per order. Expedited shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. Should you need expedited shipping, we ask that you contact us at email@example.com.
If you need gift wrapping, leave us a note during checkout.
Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please be aware that transit days are estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.
Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hrs of arrival so that a refund can be arranged with the carrier.
